It's a good read for everyone involved in the Competitive Intelligence and even more for all decision makers. Like in other his books (e.g. Business War Games: How Large, Small, and New Companies Can Vastly Improve Their Strategies and Outmaneuver the Competition Benjamin Gilad is proving that strategic planning is a very human process and blindspots are very often inevitable.There is only one small "minus". As the book is a sequel edition, the book has been enriched by Author's additional comments within the text. And although it make the book more up to date, actually I find them quite distracting. I would prefer to have the book re-written so it is easier to follow.
